Evolution Orthotic Systems Ltd was set up to research and develop improved methods of orthotic manufacture. We have worked and studied with podiatrists, physios, anatomists, medics and many types of engineer to bring you advanced orthotic technology. For many years we were part of an innovative project overseen by the government-backed Manufacturing Advisory Service (www.mymas.org) and conducted projects at prestigious institutions such as the Warwick Manufacturing Group – part of Warwick University (www.warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/wmg) - and the Motor Industry Research Association (www.miratechnologyinstitute.co.uk).
We have worked with some of the best pattern-makers (www.pentapatterns.co.uk) and materials engineers in the Midlands and have visited numerous authorities and companies in the UK, France and the USA in our efforts to gain a profound understanding of how best to treat pes planus or flat foot. Our exclusive in-house laboratory has been running for over twenty years.

Evolution Orthotic Systems Clinic is based in Rugby, at the heart of the motorway network.
We are reached easily from all parts of the UK. There is plenty of on-site parking. Birmingham and East Midlands airports are a taxi-ride away. Rugby is on the main train line from London Euston and Birmingham.
If you are taking advantage of our one-day service your appointment will be in the earlier part of the morning and the fitting in the afternoon. In the interim, consider visiting Rugby School and the Rugby Football Museum. Alternatively, you might like to take a tour of Warwick Castle (the finest medieval castle in England), or go shopping in elegant Leamington Spa.
